Slim, first thing first...offering was made as a hedge against low ball offers of a BO. If there are no takers for their BO asking price, at least they have a fund to start GIA. Of course it’s going to be followed by another offering if they still can’t get a good offer. I doubt it will come to that. Just imagine the potential of Voclosporin to offer a new replacement for cyclosporine in all indications that cyclosporine treats. All they need maybe is a phase 3 trial for any indication there of because its safety and efficacy have already been established. And of course there is that unmet medical need in LN and perhaps other kidney conditions in the horizon. Covid19 is the only stumbling block against all drugs in development today.
