Obviously a negotiated transfer. 13 million bid @ 0005, 10K ask @ 0006, 5 million @ 0007.

Then a trade of 850K goes by @ 0006 and the ask doesn't even move.

IMHO

Always, always do you own DD. Only invest funds you can afford to lose and trust nobody but yourself.
