Kudos to Kayak Wench for sharing the filing with all of us.

What you should know is that filing was in response to am inquiry from FINRA; the company is close to being delisted! No company can ignore filing requirements with the SEC.
The company is already out of compliance with its filings and the previously filed reports are now "stale".
That means that the company can NOT issue shares subject to a registration statement, that short forms can no longer be used AND that the auditors will now have to reaudit the past three years of filings.
Since you guys don't like to believe me, simply call the SEC or call the transfer agent!
Moreover, the seekingalpha "reports" are precisely what Kayak Wench today said they are; a criminal pump and dump scheme.
Do you guys also know that Verde Watts, like Cool Technologies, does not even have a real, physical office; their office address is simply an address and answering service, just like Cool Tech's in Tampa.
There are no orders from Mexico, there are no firm orders from anyone, there is no money to pay bills and especially to pay the auditors, who will not allow a filing without being paid.
My advice is to take this as a great opportunity to sell!
