The German tax issue just serves as an example of the some of stupid stuff the company has to deal with that until it can be explained, it paints them in a poor light.

Of course, you would think that NWBO blundered the Q by delaying it, but I believe differently. They were likely advised by their legal consultants not to put the Q out until it was understood exactly what the tax issue was (as it sounds ludicrous to start with), especially as it involved past years. I believe they were ready to go with the Q like within days of it being due when the issue first came up. They had to determine the materiality of the issue before filing the Q, and so it had to be vetted with their lawyers, German speaking lawyers, and tax experts on the German side before the issue could be shared publicly. Hence, the delay.
