I also have some securities in more than one account.

Sometimes it has to do where I had the funds when buying.

I always Aim it as one account.

I have a lot of different records.
Yahoo portfolios for total and individual accounts.

Yearly record of all sells on paper.( tax record).

Record of all trades of a security on paper.

AIM record of all securities with PC, # shares, buy and sell price. ( to use for calculations) on paper.

Take the road less traveled. It will make all the difference.
