what they should have done is voluntarily agreed to revocation when they got the notice that revocation proceedings were beginning. that way, they could have filed a Form 10 once they got there finances is order and become a public company again. since they didn't, ( we know that because they were not revoked right after the suspension) now it's just a waiting game until revocation. alj's are currently revoking about a year after suspension. you can follow revocations and see the timetables from the same board i linked to you before. as a matter of fact, there were a few today.
