That's the issue here..Why risk anything??..Makes no sense whatsoever..This is the "gamble".. But there is no reasonable reason to delay this process any further.. Henry can say things about auditors ..accountants ect....The real fact is that if these filings are not getting completed on time there is a serious issue and it needs to be addressed and fixed.. ASAP..Like I said .. I can only imagine there are better qualified people out there that can get this done on time and completed.. this is not rocket science ..
