"Acting quickly" ??

LOL …. can't use that term in the same sentence with ZIVO mgmt.

There are billions available in venture capital. Many millions more from gov't for algae research. Dahl isn't interested in free gov't money. Too confining.

"Execute" ??

Another term that is foreign in ZIVOland albeit mainly resulting from decision by Dahl to have no in-house capability and "pending funding".

It would be nice to hear "WHEN" on anything at this point. Something concrete …. definitive …. but LOL …. then I wake up …. =)
