Postes. Thanks for the info. I couldn’t find that requirement when I researched FDA ANDA requirements but it makes sense. Either way, it makes no difference in the big scheme of things. I have little doubt that generics can get API when and if they chose. Let’s just hope we win the appeal and remove Hikma and Reddy from the picture. We have bigger problems otherwise.
