Probably wasn't IMO - I think they were looking for new financing for MOBL as a whole first. Remember, those weekly payments start in January. But this is probably their fallback position. Hopefully it can be completed in the first half of 2007 and hopefully we loyal bagholders will be rewarded. Happy holidays all.
