Let me ask you this...if The Du debacle doesn’t happen...so you still think JT hasn’t placed Amarin in a great position?

I read all the bashing of JT for not hiring an outside legal firm to defend against the generics....hindsight is 20/20...JT believed in his in house council...they succeeded in getting the infringement ruling but were blindsided by Du’s uneducated ruling that the patents were obvious...he could have hired the freakin dream team and still lost based on Du’s inept understanding of science and patent law pertaining to pharmaceuticals! Give the guy credit...he went out and hired the best patent firm money can buy to win back what is rightfully theirs!
I like Amarin’s chances at overturning this abhorrent verdict!
If they happen to lose... I see an appeal to the Supreme Court where Singer has had many successes!
Regardless of the appeals verdict... Amarin has positioned themselves for success!
They will enter the generic market if need be and the contact manufactures who supply them are already committed to supply Amarin so....good luck Hikma and Dr. UnReddy in actually having a product to sell!
The way I see it is.... it’s either back to $25+ in 2020...or early 2021... or it’s $25+ in 24-36 months!
Keep the faith my fellow longs and Amarin faithful! Time is on our side and patience is an Amarin long’s best friend!! Know what you own!
