Real question is where are we in terms of the filings???. Henry knows and keeps telling everyone end of the month.. this has been going on for over a year.. so this is the last straw.. this month or nothing.. The shareholders MUST make this perfectly clear to Henry.. The SEC will NOT hesitate to delist $PHIL.. I just wish or hope Henry knows how imperative this is.. We all know the risks here.. but at this point why risk anything..just file!..If not this is alot of time money and hard work all wasted for something totally avoidable ..so I really don't care what Henry needs to do other than get this filing completed.. call whoever.. get 20 accountants and auditors if needed.. Henry needs to get this done ASAP.. Thanks for your time on this Facts..DJK as well..
