So, what you're saying is; "soon". Where have we heard that before? IMO, we've witnessed the pps increase from 0.002 all the way to a lofty 0.0065 (give or take) predicated upon nothing more than just another failed pump. And, as usual, when all the hullabaloo dies down, that'sback down to 0.002 (or lower) we go.
