Or.... like other lazar plays, a legitimate company comes in and takes over the ticker and the price reflects the company and their filings once the ticker is cleaned up from the old company. Lazar isn't a scam ceo like others that go around from company to company just pumping up to make a quick buck. He is a legitimate custodian one of the top 3 in the markets that help bring defunct stocks back to current good standing so private companies can go public. The pps will reflect the company that comes in. That statement made was in valid.
