and....on that note...I hate to burst everyone's bubble but getting an appeals win does not help the problem. We are in a different environment now, where 2 billion in sales is a pipe dream for the forseable future. There is a reason the stock price is stuck where it is--lack of sales growth is the main reason. Maybe a two dollar spike on appeals win but when people realzize that doesn't help 3rd or 4th quarter sales we will be right back down to 7
