They've NEVER proven themselves to be finders of shipwrecks either. I don't care if they have 20 years in the business, they're still amateurs which is obvious by their performance, selection of personnel, boats, etc. I could go on. Zero success at anything they've done.

I can only surmise that this CEO actually knows little to nothing about treasure hunting (not to mention treasure salvaging) but does well know the penny stock and public relations game.
