Yeah, the primary endpoint does not matter. Sure.

That it might be a crappy choice of primary endpoint could be valid. But that is what NWBO chose in order to save time and money (which worked real well for them).

Anybody with common sense knows something way bad happened to PFS. And that is a huge issue. OS MIGHT carry the day despite a failed primary, but that is still a very large risk. Particularly if the OS is not golden.



we all know pseudo progression very likely mucked up the PFS...
THATS THE SOMETHING WAY BAD.... AND its been explained many times that when tcells attack tumors the tumors GROW..
Because the tumor is under seige, its swells with fluid -- and in many instances the tumor dies in its expanded form.. and becomes an empty shell

what you say is bad is actually good... but it took a few years to figure it out.. it the mean time... OS overall survival numbers continue to get better...

PFS will be explained in the SAP...
