Think what you want, but the CHS Patent is in other peoples' hands, so we can't use it for our benefit without the permission of the Patent holder? Didn't we clear that up earlier?

While the past methods for scaling-up the CHS might not be sufficient, we no longer have a license to use the CHS product? We had some commercial rights while the Patent(s) were licensed by us for the period stated in the Contract, no matter what the Boys say, they cannot do anything with the previous CHS! That is why we are working with the U-of-Michigan science department....to develop a new and Better CHS?

Once CRTG and the U of Michigan come up with a better CHS, then a new Production method can be found and Patented! Producing the old CHS with a new Production method makes no sense, as NDSU has terminated the contract by way of time, and/or developmental lapses! But maybe the Office Guys have found a way to License the CHS again, who knows? Maybe at the time of the License termination, the Guys made some sort of deal to continue the work on the CHS product? They would let us know about a new and more limited contract however, instead of saying "The CHS is ours," a close paraphrase? I may be wrong, but that is the way I see it? GLTA
