Agree. Outstanding updated today on OTC markets retroactive to 8/7. 1.5b as usual. There has been no need to dilute for a very very long time. Its been sitting at 1.5b forever.
This is primed for pennies at this structure and hardly anyone knows about this gem yet.

The float is even lower. Once news hits, this structure will allow it to run fast.
Got 200% yesterday and no news yet.

Could easily see this running past a penny and possible multi cents here.
