Well Emerald just changed the locks to the boat (EMBI office) on Murphy

He destroyed majority of shareholder value, with the stock 83% since being named CEO

He payed himself Well. Completed pre-clinical work over 3 years (I thought this was done before they went public LOL) and had the company HQ run out of a boat in Long Beach California

This is of course a better performance then the former CEO Johnny Hockey Hollister who led the Stock down 97% over his tenure. This is of course the least of his worries, since the company was Name in a SEC action involving a Boiler Room Pump and Dump in New Jersey.

While the company was not sanctioned, they were one of the Pumps out of this place. I'm sure that was by accident. Reminder that the company set up a Indepedent Hot Line to report misconduct when they had THREE employees. I always thought it was Murphy who reported it to the SEC, but now with him out abruptly I dont think it was. Not surprising if so, he worked for Valeant

This company has some Legacy issues. The IP could be worthless because El Sohly is overated (does not work well with peers) but it seemed like they were doing work outside of U Miss. I think the Dhillon brothers get this to run
