If challenged by dispositive contrary info, they'll first anxiously reassure each other in their echo chamber, and occasionally coordinate attacks on those who dare open their minds to reality before drawing a conclusion. Occasionally the group therapy session gets desperate enough to posture a conversation about but not to their targets. But they'll sustain their crusade for only so long before the blare of both fact checking and generally higher light levels found above their subterranean lair of delusion reduces them to an invective-laden rage, forcing their return to the hellscape from whence they came. Never seeing the error of their ways.
