The update was well written and informative.

The pps has resistance in the form of people being skeptical after so many years. The influence of traders also moderates the pps.

So even with such a release the market yawns and we close unchanged.

Sooner or later the issue of share count will need to be addressed as has been mentioned by other posters.

But overall, maybe a new chapter is beginning for BIEL and shareholders.

Personally I'm hoping so.
