Didn't read the whole order to dismiss. Skipped to the end, and doesn't sound too promising from the judge's wording. She seems pretty unimpressed with Kravitz, or maybe some bias from previous dealings. Would like to know what the basis of appeal is, but that doc is not available yet.

Hope Kravitz not just going through the motions. Maybe hatching some scheme to use these 4 to leverage culpability onto Melissinidis. We will see . . .
