That subpoena is likely driven by short complaints to the SEC, but it’s not likely to result in anything, IMHO, given the description.

They are basically fighting German authorities to address what sounds like a reasonable interpretation.

The COVID19 allowance for late filings is also unlikely to prompt any regulatory action.

This is just my personal opinion and of course we may not have all of the information, but this looks like continued harassment by some folks, but doubtful it will have any meaningful impact at the end of the day.
