I want to try an experiment and see how closely I can predict future pricing of XELA warrants.

XELAW
Exp 01/16/2022
O/S 35MM

I am going to base my valuations upon these three things...

1) Simple valuations based upon the O/S Only (Shell Pricing)
2) Mathematical calculations based upon the Strike Price
3) Historical comparisons of the two charts (XELA & XELAW)

Common Price —> Warrant Price

C .25 —> W .025
C .50 —> W .05
C .75 —> W .075
C 1.00 —> W .10
C 2.00 —> W .20
C 4.00 —> W .40
C 8.00 —> W .50
C 10.00 —> W .60
C 11.00 —> W .80
C 12.50 —> W 1.00
C 13.50 —> W 2.00
C 14.50 —> W 3.00
C 16.50 —> W 4.00
C 17.50 —> W 5.00
C 18.50 —> W 6.00
C 20.50 —> W 7.00

Shell Price = .015. This price is as low as it should ever go (imo). It's based upon an O/S of 35MM. Demand should sustain the price around .015 no matter what. Imo, anything below that price is undervalued even if the stock price is well below .25.

Obviously it's highly unlikely XELA will ever test the upper prices. The stock is only trading at .63 right now!

Of course. Stranger things have happened.

Let's see how I fare!
