Nicely stated.

I have not found any recent examples but it seems possible (but unlikely) they could emerge with a new ticker and reissue a lower value to current share holders under the new ticker.

I could be mistaken, but I believe their due date to file the restructuring plan is this week. Do you happen to know if this filing would include the outcome of commons?

I’m still watching this one and Penny’s as BK learning examples. I appreciate everyone’s input.
