Wrong! If there is an extension filed by Rosie asking the court to extend WMILT from its expiration date of 3/19/2021, this would be excellent news because that would mean unliquidated assets and possibly other types of assets are coming into the WMILT.

Also, what is possible is the powers-that-be may have signed a release with the FDIC/JPM which may release assets as well. Only time passing and filings will show us the way forward.

If an extension is necessary, Rosie will have to file an extension 6 months in advance of 3/19/2021 which will be by 9/19/2020.
