How does he know that 85% of patients that receive DCVax have an immune response? He hasn’t seen the trial results yet, I assume?
It does not matter at all if they do.
It has been shown many times in past trials that immune response do not insure any clinical benefit in cancer.
As I have said several times, you can get a near 100% immune response by hitting the patients thumb with a hammer. Is that going to cure the GBM?
At best he has an unsupported assertion that some undefined and meaningless response is happening in 110% of the DCVax patients (he says 85% in addition to the 25% with SOC).
If I was long I would tell LP she needs to gag him. He does a better job than I do for the 'pack
