i don't know if the preferreds ever traded much at all. the only thing i know is that the new reorg plan that has been submitted to the court for approval includes keeping the commons in place. and this company has clinical trials in place. they also have patents issued by Israeli govt. those things are huge. there is just one final court date after tomorrow's court date. the final court date will be to write off on the bk and then they will emerge in early sept.
