Okay, lets me real... The company even during Klug's time in the seat has some notes and that is what is going on.
I left out the Beechwood Properties stuff and the shares Klug has bought himself. Because I actually trust Klug (FYI Beechwood is Klug). I have no good reason to trust him and dont trust me.
