Mr. Pack, but every Californian can opt for 100% Green power, making their BEV's 100% cleaner than NGV's.

My utility and yours, give us the option to buy 100% green power, ..problem solved, today.

Your argument ended when the 100% Green option was introduced more than 5 years ago.

And BEV's and ZEV's are half the cost per mile to operate.
