IMO, the most important factor that IDCC could accomplish would be continued growth in both earnings and revenues. That being said I would not like to see any more buybacks or any dividends declared.

I think IDCC needs to invest in talent, specifically in sales and business development. I'd really like to see some progress in licensing other companies like Lucent.
