ALL I know for fact is AYA did NOT file her brief!!!!!!!

And it only leaves a couple of things that may have happened.

As you suggest it possibly has been settled OR The court has thrown it out..


NOW if IF IF the court was gonna throw it out they IMHO WOULD NOT have asked for briefs and set dates for those to be filed with the court.

SO just going based on LOGIC and NOT FACTUAL KNOWLEDGE, looking like your take may MAY MAY be what has taken place.

ALL I can say for fact is, ALICE WOULD NOT have just walked away and not filed her brief timely, past that who knows!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nor do I feel she would just take the money and run even if they did settle, UNLESS she got things made right with what they did,
SHE IS NOT THAT TYPE PERSON or my read of her has been 100% wrong, and I do NOT BELIEVE THAT FOR ONE SECOND!!!!!! She is not that type of person...........
