Invest- Thoughtful post. While I agree oral arguments are needed I also see the high likelihood oral arguments are canceled and this gets pushed back to Du court for a “Du over”. Her mistake needs an obvious Du over....the panel write up of a decision is unnecessary and a huge waste of time with the consolidation of the two cases and a second at bat for Amarin on appeal.

Case goes back to Du.... Oral arguments get canceled... Marjac complaint needs resolution...
