Your arithmetic is good but keep in mind:

(1) $5K per year is my guess. I have no qualifications.
(2) I doubt this would be covered by insurance or governmental assistance at this point in the process, so 300K users is probably high -- even though it would be a very good investment compared to current direct and indirect costs.
(3) But I think you are starting to see the point of getting 2-73 approved in Australia and elsewhere. The revenue would be unbelievable.
