Eutectix (Tolleson/Phoenix) drive by:

Was in the area so I stopped by, parked and scoped it out. No change in the number of cars outside, each time I’ve driven by there are 5-8 cars, today there were 5. They have put up a new Eutectix sign in a new location and turned the old one around so it is just a white board. The ongoing theme that I have seen at the property is that they have really cleaned the place up, I mean night and day from a few months ago.

I attribute that to the new CEO being based out of this location.
