With sales and/or profits i can easily give you a valuation. With neither during this start-up phase NDTP trades on potential. I happen to believe this has massive potential. Those who are selling at these prices do not share my optimism. That's ok because for me to buy i must find someone willing to sell... and this float is tight.

I am using this quiet period to accumulate. Being way under the radar works in my favor. But investors must be patient and be able to handle no news for awhile. If you are the type that checks his portfolio value daily and is adversely affected by a short-term drop, this will be a difficult stock to own... until it's not.
