As to how high? That depends on how accurate the 300,000,000 short position actually is.

No analysis necessary as this is a simple binary event.

The SEC either rules in our favor, or it doesn't. Nothing else matters. At a 1/2 cent, seems like the risk/reward is slanted to the reward side of the equation. Time will tell.
