603k shares out to trade. Management BRK and Intrepid own what 400k shares? So management and the investor IM own 70 percent of BRK. Shares are not going to be very liquid. I would not be surprised if management is slowly buying all the shares the short term holders are dumping and plan to take the company private. They are according to the PR slated to have the first contract in Q3 and the value of this company could sky rocket over night. If it’s a contract with PGA or big sports outfit BRK could be sold for a lot more than the 5 million market cap its valued at today. Seems like a no brainer here if you can hold and be willing to wait.
