Lot's of things ain't happen and that includes M&A. The stock price is depressed on news that Amarin plans on launching into a multiple billions of dollar market with a proven billion $$$ team. This changes all rules regarding NDA with potential suitors. NDA can be broken especially if maintenance of the agreement creates an unlawful circumstance. I argue this circumstance is the fiduciary responsibilities to protect a manipulated share price. While I am not an attorney I am keen on picking up injustices and aggressively asserting my opinions with capable professionals. I have done what I can do for the good of AMRN price protection and manipulation...JMO
