Hi Guys,

Great find didn't!!!...…...Filing confirms outstanding share as of 7/21/20 at 159,506,783.

Also the management seems to be in my opinion are not being paid very high salary.

And in addition management will receive some significant compensation by options being granted at cost basis of $.15. Option being spread over next few years.

This filing looks to be very professionally done. And it seems that NGW is setting itself up to be fully compliant with all SEC regulations going forward. And also setting up for financial growth and reporting for the future.
