That is how I read it also. I could see for some other cancers they could be injecting into the site, but not for GBM.

It is still hard to know exactly what works and why in the immuno space. Is this just some general immune system stimulant? Are the DCs traveling to the tumor and coming back? Are they picking up stray antigens from the tumor exosomes (I doubt that one).

Wonder why he traveled to India and not Germany? Money?
