The Hikma presentation was not:
- a forecast
- Hikma's expected revenue

The Hikma presentation was:
- actual (past 12 months), total, Gross Revenue (GR, before any discount, rebate, etc.) of Vascepa (Please note: due to accounting standards Amarin reports Net Revenue - GR minus discount, rebate, etc. . in 10-Q/Ks.)
- given / calculated by IQVIA (not by Hikma) based on dispensed scripts (including on label and off label)
