Well I think you've kind of stumbled upon why it's a reasonable assumption that the Feazels have allowed Lazar to acquire their shares in a deal. Otherwise, we wouldn't be seeing what we're seeing. Certainly the Feazels are not clueless as to what Lazar does. Of course this hasn't been made public, but one of the reasons we get a good deal is because we speculate based on facts, and perhaps those speculations are right.
