It is/will be easily worth at least a billion dollars

I am expecting an SEC 1-A filing up list to NYSE, with a 40 Mil cash raise, that would be based on NDA's and evaluations of the Biotech in an underwritten offering, that drops the SEC Filing and over night up list to NYSE.

Add that cash to the Biotech value then a Bil dollar value on NYSE will be a Piece of cake.

The OS, rounded off is about 450,000 shares. The float, which is the supply and demand factor, is only 290,000 shares and will not and can not increase for 12 months.

If they raise that 40 Mil cash at $10/share (making the up list to NYSE Possible) you need to add 4 Mil shares to your calcs.

They can not go under $4/share to raise the cash and still up list. So the max added shares would be 10 Mil shares at $4/share to up list.

That all assumes they will up list right away. It is possible they could raise the 40 Mil cash into CCA, LLC first, and then swap CCA, LLC shares for NDTP Preferred voting control shares, with the CCA, LLC cash moved to NTDP with the Biotech assets.

Either way, no new common retail float shares can be added to the float for 12 months after the SEC fillings drop.

CCA, LLC folks, I am expecting them to swap NDTP preferred shares (newly created in the Nevada filings) for the CCA, LLC shares or CCA, LLC assets. Thus leaving the OS common unchanged. The cash for shares would be restricted shares for a year, common or Preferred.

So lets assume, 10 Mil shares are added, worst case for 40 Mil in cash to the OS.

1 Bil $$$ market cap/ 10.45 Mil is
close to $100/share, which is what many have picked as the low end of the target the next 12 months

PepsiCo paid almost 3 Bil dollars months ago just for a drink line.

Hovis, the CEO/found had a drink line years ago sold through the Coke Company. This would be his third Public Co Drink line. He sold the last one in 2007, which was nationwide in over 450 &-11 stores, Google and Apple headquarters drink vending machines, health drinks....

All the breadcrumbs, as I like to call them, lead to Hovis doing an "oral IV (no needle) drink line that can do what Gatorade does (electrolytes, with the toxic food dyes and dangerous sugar, Diabetic safe) plus stops TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury damage) brain damage inflation immediately as it happens and delivers food grade, non drugs to the brain so the brain can self repair itself. TBI-or Dementia caused Althzeimers repair in a sports and health drink used during sports games and or after a sports brain injury, per the 2016 SEC Fillings by CCA, LLC.

Second line is licensing the nano tech to major 300+ Billion dollar drug firms that have no way to deliver their drugs across the BBB-Blood Brain Barrier, and NDTP can!!!

NDTP/CCA, LLC has a 7 year old JV R&D deal with UPennMed Research Hospital, and the big drug companies could immediately go to phase 1/2 or even phase 3(?) tests using already FDA approved drugs with just a license and massive upfront fees to NDTP for the brain crossing Nano tech delivery tech that uses food grade, that is already GAS-Generally Accepted as Safe by the FDA, that is used to make the NDTP BBB-crossing Nano particle complex (Liposomes)....
