Hi Nick,

I'm still here. Thank you and all that post here.
I've learned a lot over the years.

Covid has been very good for me (tradewise).
Love IRM, STWD, MPW at the present moment. Eyeing BP now that they officially cut their DIV.

During the Raging Bull years we had... AA, GE, MSFT, GLW, PFE, and many others. I managed to accumulate a small fortune following your trades and insite. I still owe you a steak dinner if I can get back to Florida.
Interesting how things change over the years.
