What is going on behind the scenes? Ron has made a gesture by this hire. No doubt he is in discussions with majors, but his numbers in their view are too high (*naturally!), so they have suggested (and have been suggesting to him to hire a specialist), so Ron said fine, no problem, we know what the deposit is worth, or at least have given you all a sense based on our corporate presentation, but I will take your suggestion and bring in a big M and A specialist from NEM. Make him part of the NAK team.

The majors will very favorably view this development.
