No mention from Delek on their GOM plans

They’re experienced enough in O&G exploration and have enough expertise in house to know what’s worth drilling or not. So I think if they saw potential at Tau and if the geology tested supported the original view, they would probably be in for a re-drill.

I think it’s a mistake to pin all hopes on Tau though.

GulfSlope plays their cards close to their chest, I think there’s a lot going on that we don’t see until they are required to disclose it. As it should be, but often isn’t

Right now the king variable is the crude market and its driver, the demand curve.

The one component of the supply curve that I wish I had better data on is how much shut in production can’t be brought back on line even if prices supported the original production rates from those wells. That, as fas as I know, depends on the physical attributes of the well, type of oil & gas mix, and the type/quality of the well completion.

I’m still seeing some positive indication for near term developments at GSPE
