Since noone believes that Latucca is going to accept anything other than full court awarded payment, then the likelihood of Kate being able to resolve the issue is certainly not very good. Never the less she told me negotiations were going well, but then again she told me everything was going well with Amazon.

Why would you think Lattuca would not accept a substantial but reasonable payment to satisfy the award? His judgments exceed $500k but don't you think he would take $400k if it was offered. If he would take $400k wouldn't he probably take $350k. I doubt he would take $50k but I also doubt he would reject a $400k offer.

Has QEDN offered any money to pay Lattuca? Since Kate informed you that QEDN is filing bankruptcy unless it can settle with Lattuca it seems important to know if QEDN is making reasonable settlement offers.
