English is not Kate's first language as you more than likely have seen from her PR's, Tweets and Emails. Her comment to me was, if we can resolve the issue with Latucca then we will not have to file for bankruptcy. Since noone believes that Latucca is going to accept anything other than full court awarded payment, then the likelihood of Kate being able to resolve the issue is certainly not very good. Never the less she told me negotiations were going well, but then again she told me everything was going well with Amazon. I imagine Greed Kills will have something to say about the negotiations since Kate has stated publicly that she feels he is Latucca.
